Great Grandfather Elfido Lopez, 1898, father of Albert Lopez...rancher and foreman of the Diamond A Cattle Co., Colo. Grandad Albert Lopez came to South Dakota in 1923 with the Diamond A Cattle Co. A pioneer cowboy and horseman, he formed one of South Dakota's first bands of AQHA approved mares. Grandad Paul Berry, Joni's Grandad, Paul Berry....mounted up at White River (SD) Frontier Days, circa 1940's.
